I am passionate about wholeness.
" I work with the whole range of symptoms that can present themselves including grief, depression, anxiety, loneliness, suicidal ideation, self harm, PTSD, disordered eating, panic, somatic pain and embodied trauma. I specialise in working with those who have experienced childhood and adult sexual abuse, family dysfunction, family addiction and intergenerational trauma. I support women through the journey of matrescence (becoming a mother) and people who are curious about and exploring their sexuality. I am an ally of the LBGTQ+ community.

It is well recognised that the quality of our life is dependent on our relationships, to ourselves and each other and that creates the foundation of a relational psychotherapy."

Sophie Spiegler is a trauma informed therapist, dedicated to working relationally and holistically, with the mind, body, spirit, and soul to attend to our whole human experience. She focuses on co-creating an environment of curiosity, discovery and challenge to support personal growth and find deep lasting change.

I am here to journey with you.
Through our work, I invite you to deepen your connection to self, to move towards integration and to find life beyond your symptoms and trauma. I wish for you, to connect with the wisdom held inside of you, to reconnect to all parts of your self, to stand in your power, to thrive in your life.

To attend to what has been calling for your attention deep within, to what has been forgotten and neglected and to do so with love and kindness. To turn towards the ways you have survived in honour and respect. To learn what serves you and what needs to be let go of. This is the journey I invite you to take with me.
It may be messy. It may be hard. It may feel impossible at times and it may feel joyful at times.

We will work with the whole range of human emotions as they present themselves, including vulnerability, fear, pain, grief, anxiety, rage, envy, loneliness, depression, triggers and glimmers, laughter and tears. It is all welcome as we embrace the wholeness of our human experience.
